NINE CHEFS, ONE TABLE DINNER

For the second year, Chef Einat Admony is hosting “Nine Chefs, One Table,” a dinner to benefit the James Beard Foundation. Joining Chef Einat in the kitchen this year are Chefs Amanda Freitag, Esther Choi, Ilan Hall, Gabriele Bertaccini, TJ Steele, Bricia Lopez, Shenarri Freeman, and Miriam Milord. Additionally, Christopher Weathered, the chef/co-owner of local restaurant Mill and Main (in Kerhonkson), will be returning for a second year to serve hors d’oeuvre during cocktail hour, alongside Chef Chris Ratel, a legendary private chef and caterer, as well as Chef Ariela Hazan from Ariela’s Moroccan Dinner, who will be making Moroccan Cigars. (See a recap from last year’s exciting dinner here)
